What devices do you repair?

Phones tablets, laptops, desktops, consoles,printer. Ask us if you’re unsure.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins welcome. For complex repairs, make an appointment in advance.

How long will my repair take?

Screens and batteries: typically less than 2 hours. Laptop software and boards: 1-3 days.

Do you offer free diagnostics?

Yes. Inspection and quote is free and no obligation.

Do you repair both iPhone and Android?

Yes. All major brands.

Do you repair MacBooks and Windows laptops?

Yes. Both.

Do you work on game consoles?

Yes. PlayStation, Xbox, Switch and more.

Pricing & Payment

How much will my repair cost?

Variable depending on damage and device. A solid up-front quote is given.

Do you price match?

Yes. Same repair same quality parts at a lower price — we match it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, cash and the majority of digital wallets. There is a possibility of financing.

Are there hidden fees?

No, you will pay the indicated price.

Do you require a deposit?

Usually no. If you need one, some special order parts might require it.

Warranty & Guarantees

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes. Labour and parts are covered.

How long does the warranty last?

Depending on the type of repair work done. You will be informed at pick up.

What if the problem comes back?

Bring it in. It will be repaired during the warranty.

Does the warranty cover new damage?

NO. Just the original repair.

Process

Will I lose my data?

Typically, no, unless board level repairs are required.

Do you use original parts?

OEM or high quality after-market parts are used. We’ll let you know which one.

Can you fix water-damaged devices?

What if my device can’t be fixed?

What if I do not take the repair?

No problem. No diagnostic fee.

Do you need to cancel after you approve?

Yes, prior to the beginning of work.

Are there storage fees to be paid?

Some locations may. after 30 days.

What happens if I don’t collect my device?

We’ll contact you. Fees may be applied for long-term holds.

Need ID to pick-up?

Yes, for security.

Will someone else be available to retrieve my device?

Yes, if written permission is obtained.
